1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Read20min mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. About Read20min

Read20min helps you build consistent reading habits by tracking your daily reading sessions and maintaining reading streaks.

3. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 4 years old to use Read20min. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity on your account
• Contact us immediately if someone uses your account without permission
• We can suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms

5. What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Use the App for anything illegal
• Try to hack or interfere with the App
• Harass other users
• Share your account with others
• Use bots or automated tools
• Copy or modify the App's code

6. Ownership

Read20min owns the App, including all design, code, and features. You can use the App, but you don't own it. You keep ownership of your reading data and notes.

7. Privacy

8. Payments

• Some features may require payment or subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• Prices may change with notice

9. No Guarantees

Read20min is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the App will always work perfectly or be available at all times. We're not responsible if you lose data or experience issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for any damages you experience from using the App. Our total liability to you cannot exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of major changes. If you continue using the App after changes, you accept the new Terms.

12. Ending Your Account

You can stop using the App and delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

13. Legal Stuff
